Captain Gene Kostinas
Position: Captain
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Captain Gene Kostinas has been fishing for 38 years. He has had his Coast Guard Captain's license for 30 years. He has a BS degree from ODU and was trained on small engines by the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.

Captain Russ Kostinas has been fishing for 35 years. He has a Masters 100 ton Coast Guard license. He has a BS and MBA degree from ODU. Russ worked as a mate for over 30 years before he received his captains license.
Position: Mate
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Mate Bobby Kostinas has been fishing since he could walk. He grew up around some of the best captains in Virginia. Bobby graduated with a bachelor of science in Engineering at JMU and later recieved his Masters 50 ton Captains License.
Bobby worked on several boats in the past few years. You will not find a more versatile mate ready from inshore to offshore and all the species of fish the ocean and bay have to offer.
